27 students (both MA & BA) from Kohima College Students participated in the inaugural program of the National IP Yatra Nagaland 2025, a 2-day event on “Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)”, at the Capital Convention Centre, Kohima.
Organised by the Investment & Development Authority of Nagaland (IDAN) Intellectual Property Facilitation Centre In collaboration with Ministry of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (MoMSME) & Patent Information Centre, Nagaland Science & Technology Council. Keynote Speaker Mhathung Yangthan, Hon’ble Advisor, Dept. of Agriculture, GoN, provided insights on IPRs & the potential of MSMEs. Furthermore, the event was to continue with a series of technical sessions, interactive workshops & networking opportunities on the 29th March, focusing on patents, trademarks, copyrights & international IPR agreements.
