A workshop on Deceased Organ Donation was organized by Zublee Foundation, Guwahati, Assam, in collaboration with the Red Cross Society, Kohima College, Kohima at the Conference Hall, Kohima College. Zublee Foundation is dedicated to fostering awareness & advocacy for Deceased Organ Donation.
The event commenced with a welcome address by Thele, Asst. Prof. Dept. of Sociology, KCK.
The CEO of Zublee Foundation, Priyanka Borah, initiated a talk on organ donation, emphasising that the message of organ donation is meant to convey & not to convince. She elaborated on the importance of informed decision-making, ethical considerations, & the need for societal awareness to promote organ donation.
