June 12, 2026: Kohima College, Kohima participated in the early observance of World Blood Donor Day 2026 at the Capital Convention Centre, Kohima themed “One Drop of Humanity: Give Blood, Save Lives”
The College was represented by faculty members Dr Medongunuo Ngone, Zavikhoto Phinyo & Aosangla Longkumer, College Librarian Megosieü Khate, administrative staff member Kekhriezhalie Yhome & Kohima College student Surotsala (3rd Semester, Department of History), all of whom attended the programme in support of this important initiative. Those who met the eligibility criteria voluntarily donated blood, reflecting the institution’s continued commitment to humanitarian service and social responsibility.
