Kohima College Students’ Council (KCSC) Formal Induction Programme organised by the Students’ Welfare Committee at the Conference Hall, Kohima College to welcome & also orient the new student class representatives and the student executives members of the council. The induction programme was successful in achieving its objectives of familiarising the council members with their roles and responsibilities as a leader. The student leaders were advised to be humble, responsible and to work collectively for the betterment of the students and the college. Further, the students were reminded of the college motto “Search for excellence” motivating them to excel in academics and extra curricular activities and strive for excellence in all aspects of life.
