June 5, 2024: On the occasion of World Environment Day 2024, Sangerchila Ozukum, Assistant Professor, Department of Education at Kohima College, represented the College and Friends of Nature as a resource person. The event took place at Government Middle School, Porterlane, Dzüvürü, Kohima. Addressing the students and teachers, Ozukum focused on the theme “Mission Life.” Following the program, an exhibition was held, showcasing various talents and initiatives: Painting competition on the theme of World Environment Day. Exhibition of plants with medicinal properties. Display of recycled bags made from cloth materials
